I belong to an adivasi community from Jharkhand. After completing school I wanted to study more but my family's financial condition was bad, I had to put aside my dreams and aspirations. That's when I came across Santhigirt Skill development programme. Today am the only earning member in my family and has been working for the last 5 years with Santhigiri Ayurveda, Guwahati, I am sure my parents definitely never expected me to be such a big support. I am indebted to this programme for everything am today

I am 22 years old and belong to the Jemenaga tribe from Haflong in Assam. My parents are both farmers who struggle to make ends meet. My father used to take up other small jobs to support the family. I'm the eldest of 6 siblings. After completing class 10th, I could not continue my studies as it would have been an additional burden on my father who was the only earning member. I am eternally grateful to Santhigiri Institute for taking me in and teaching me a skill which helped me dream and hope for a better life. Today am supporting the higher education of my younger sisters and also helping my father with the finances. This is definitely much more than what I could have asked for in life

My mother passed away when was 3 and my father abandoned us. My aunt supported me and my two sisters. I was sitting idle at home, unable to help my aunt who is struggling to save money for our marriages. She encouraged me to be part of Santhigiri's Ayurveda Panchakarma Skill program. I am earning for myself and my family today because of Santhigiri. I could learn a new skill and stand on my own feet. I want to educate my sisters and cannot think of going back to my old life

My family belongs to Gorkha community of Golaghat, Assam. l was indeed fortunate that my father educated me along with my two brothers. But they were never financially sound enough to fund for my higher education or for a vocational course that could help me find a job. I am a changed person today who understands more about life and have evolved from being a meek girl to a confident one who is a strong support for my father

My struggles began at a young age, as I grew up in a family that constantly faced financial difficulties. Fortunately, all my hard work paid off when I received an incredible opportunity to work at the Sports Authority of India after the completion of Ayurveda Panchkarma training from Santhigiri Institute of skill development. It was a turning point in my life. The offer came with a lucrative salary package and a stable job, which completely transformed my situation. I can't express how grateful I am to Santhigiri’s Ayurveda Panchkarma training programme. This program not only provided me financial stability but also gave me a sense of pride and accomplishment. I am now on a path of success and fulfillment, and I owe it all to my determination and the opportunity I received at Santhigiri Institute of Skill Development.

My name is Badashisha Nongdhar, and I come from a small village in Meghalaya. Life hasn't always been easy for me. My mother, a strong and resilient woman, worked tirelessly to raise me and my five siblings after my father left us when I was very young. To support our family, my mother ran a small shop, sacrificing so much for our well-being. But then, a turning point came in my life that changed everything. I was incredibly fortunate to be selected by the Santhigiri Institute of Skill Development for their Ayurveda Panchakarma program. This opportunity was a ray of hope for me. Since joining the program, my life has taken a remarkable turn. Today, I stand as an independent individual, supporting my mother and contributing to our family's well-being.
